Girija leads US-India cross-border tax and corporate FP&A at StartupCFO. She is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds the Grad CWA (Cost Accountant) designation from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, and is completing her US CPA licensure. Before joining the firm she spent more than 15 years in senior finance and systems leadership, including four years as General Manager, Finance at Multivista Global, where she owned the full finance function end to end, with the surrounding years covering ERP implementation, systems and process consulting, and SAP cloud implementation. She works with founders and finance leaders on the US-India side of tax and compliance, on FP&A build-outs spanning budgets, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and management reporting, and on the accounting-system infrastructure that lets the numbers arrive fast enough to be useful.
