Rubric Associates LLC, DBA Rubric Financial, operating as StartupCFO (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at startupcfo.ai(the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is a marketing and educational resource for StartupCFO. It provides information about our professional services, blog articles, a knowledge base of startup-finance resources, and interactive financial calculators (the “Tools”).

The ClariFi Decision Engine is a separate subscription-only product available exclusively to clients of StartupCFO. Use of ClariFi is governed by a separate agreement and is not covered by these Terms.

3. No Professional Relationship

Using the Website, reading our content, or interacting with the Tools does not create a CPA-client, attorney-client, advisory, or other professional relationship between you and Rubric Associates LLC. A professional relationship is established only through a signed engagement agreement.

The financial calculators and tools available on this Website, including the Runway Calculator, Unit Economics Calculator, and Revenue Forecast tool, are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
