ClariFi · Growth Plan

Build your own agent on your own books

Connect Claude or your own agent to ClariFi and put it to work on your live financials: a weekly runway check-in, a board-prep brief, a contract it logs for you. It can read and draft freely, but anything it wants to change becomes a proposal that applies only after a person approves it.

All ClariFi Agents

On Growth at $799/mo, with a full fractional CFO. No long-term commitment.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your assistant

The claude.ai connector attaches over OAuth 2.1 in a click, or connect your own agent with a token. No scripts or engineer required.

  2. 2

    It reads and drafts

Your agent can read KPIs, runway, budget versus actuals, contracts, and documents, follow a change feed of what moved since it last looked, and save private drafts: a report, a what-if model, or a question for your CFO team.

  3. 3

    It proposes changes

With the scopes you allow, it can propose a customer or vendor contract, a month's KPI figures, or a task. Each proposal waits in your Agent Proposals inbox.

  4. 4

    A person approves

You or your finance team approve contract proposals; KPI figures and tasks are approved by your finance team. Approval applies the change through the same path as the app's own forms, recorded as the approver's. Undecided proposals expire after 14 days.

What the AI does, and what people do

AI proposes; people approve. That split is built into the product, not left to a policy.

The AI drafts

  • Reads your live financials and documents
  • Drafts reports, what-if models, and questions for your CFO
  • Proposes contracts, KPI figures, and tasks

Your team decides

  • Choose which kinds of proposal your agent may make
  • Approve or reject every proposal
  • Review KPI figures before they count

The AI never

  • Changes live data without approval
  • Sees another company's data
  • Applies a proposal that is out of date: stale versions are refused

Frequently asked questions

What can I build?

Anything that reads your finances and suggests what to do next: a Monday runway check-in, a board meeting brief, an agent that logs signed contracts into your contract register, or one that drafts the investor update. It reads freely and proposes changes for approval.

Can my agent change my numbers?

Only by proposal. A connected agent never changes live data on its own. Contract proposals are approved by you or your finance team, and KPI figures and tasks by your finance team, before anything applies.

Which plan includes it?

Growth, at $799/mo, alongside direct ClariFi access, Ask ClariFi, board packs, and a full fractional CFO.

What is MCP?

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is the open standard that lets AI assistants such as Claude connect to tools and data. ClariFi's MCP server is how your agent reaches your financials securely, scoped to your company only.
