Offer terms
- Open to Catalyst founders who are new StartupCFO clients and enter code CATALYST when booking their kickoff call. One trial per company.
- The 90-day free period replaces our standard 45-day trial and waives StartupCFO plan fees on Launch, Foundation, or Growth for 90 days from kickoff.
- Not included in the free period, and always quoted before any work starts: tax return preparation (50% off preparation of 1 federal + 1 state return, as on every plan), government filing fees, additional states, the payroll add-on, catch-up bookkeeping, and Custom Projects. Third-party software you use (for example your accounting or payroll subscription) is billed by that vendor.
- No credit card is required and billing never starts automatically. Before the trial ends we confirm in writing whether you want to continue and on which plan; nothing is charged until you confirm.
- Referral disclosure: Fundraise.vc receives a referral fee from StartupCFO for founders who sign up through Catalyst. It does not change what you pay.
